Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

1)Unused and in its original condition (including all packaging, tags, and accessories).

2)Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

 

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of purchase to initiate a return.

2. Return the item to the designated address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Upon inspection and approval, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

We allow exchanges for defective or damaged items within the 15-day period.
